Hello! So I've ripped the Vibri character from the game Vib-Ribbon, but I had to reconstruct her due to the way it was stored. Would a reconstruction be eligible to be submitted? Thank you.

I wouldn't see why not. If it's a reconstruction by linking the vertices together then go ahead! The original geometry's still there, isn't it?
