Not approved, submitted? so I can compare that to when it was approved and infer at least roughly how far back mine is in the queue? Mainly for customs because I rarely see a pending list on the customs categories I watch yet new ones still pop up every now and then.

There isn't - submission/approval/etc. dates are not shown publicly and even if they were, they wouldn't be a good indicator for timing since a lot more than just when something was submitted goes into how long it takes to be reviewed.
