Hey all, I'm looking to commission someone to create something for the 3D model file format and the animation file format too? I use the term something because I'm open to a few things like a 3ds Max or Noesis plugin or even a standalone tool if that's what you prefer.
The price is negotiable-- I'm open to offers but I do have a budget, and I don't really have a timeframe, though the quicker is certainly the better.
