archive.dz how to open - ShatteredReality - 08-11-2022 I am trying to rip sprites from a mobile game and I found a file called "archive.dz". I can't figure out how to open it. I tried downloading dzip but it says that it can't open it. I have no clue if it even works on the same type of dz file as the archive file. When I open the file with a binary file editor i see a bunch of names of files and then random characters, but I'm not sure what that means. Edit: I found a way to open the file, but they're group.bin files now. How do I open those? RE: archive.dz how to open - Magma MK-II - 08-11-2022 .bin is a generic container, doubt you'll have much luck opening these up. RE: archive.dz how to open - ShatteredReality - 08-12-2022 After looking at it for a while, I think the group.bin files are collections of images made by the Marmalade SDK. Unfortunately it's proprietary and defunct so I have no clue what do with this information. |
