When i tried Ninjaripper months ago everything came out with all textures missing and the output of the model not so great

You probably tried version 1.7.1, which split everything into pieces. For ripping fully intact stage models, you'll want Ninjaripper 2.0 or higher, or its free equivalent NinjaripperFree. Free version 2.0.10 worked with Dolphin Stable Version 5 for me, and it comes with a Blender import plugin you'll need to install in Blender 2.92 or higher. Once you've ripped the model you're after, import into Blender and select all the files from the "frame_#" folder you got. Blender will then load all the mesh pieces together and you can do whatever with them afterwards. It's tedious, and time consuming, and I'm pretty sure it won't get rigging (I ripped stages, so I didn't care) but it does work!
