Help with Ripping Skylanders games - Montz_the_Man - 12-31-2022 I know there's been a few threads, but I'd like to ask for some help ripping Skylanders. All the games that i've looked at have the same file formats internally. It has ".arc" and ".bld" primarily. I haven't found anything that can open the .bld files, but I have found one that works for the .arc. I've used QuickBMS with the marvel_ultimate_alliance_2.bms to rip the .arc files and it dumps the files into neatly organized folders, but it also rips the actual files themselves into what look like corrupted files. This a good example, one of the files is dumped into a directory that looks like this: tfb\build\wii\models\characters\minionsmonsters\upgradeposes\airdragon\final\airdragon_upgradepowwow.png with the final folder literally having the name "airdragon_upgradepowwow.png", but the file is "0x9f88703e.png.igb.tex.igz" I've tried renaming it to a .7z file or using different .bms's, but nothing seems to work and this is the farthest I've gotten. Any tips? RE: Help with Ripping Skylanders games - matthewlee - 07-24-2023 I'm at this point right now too - I can't figure out what to do with these files. I extracted the files from spyro's .arc file, and its given me 0xd91b45db.png.igb.tex.igz I'm not quite sure what to do. |
