Really need practice. - Ragnarök - 02-01-2009 I really need to get better, as I plan on entering a national game-creation competition next year and can't find a spriter. Thus, I plan on making everything myself. Furthermore, I would like to make these graphics of actually good quality. So I am making various sprites to better myself. Here is a pretty crappy Machop in some kind of fighting stance: And here is a pretty basic Astrogoomba: I would like to focus on the Machop as I can't really sprite humanoids that well. Major C + C is needed! RE: Really need practice. - chromeclawz - 02-02-2009 *try adding more detail into your sprites *There is no shading on either sprite *try using a better pallete also take more time in making your sprites and use refrences to differenciate your sprite from another machop/goomba sprites RE: Really need practice. - Ragnarök - 02-02-2009 Oh, I should have probably stated that these are WIPs, and I don't want to shade until I get the right lineart. This is mostly about lineart. Thanks, though |
