I saw chowder model on cnpte:https://www.models-resource.com/playstation_3/cartoonnetworkpunchtimeexplosionxl/model/6269/
for some reason the model can't be edited and just can be report.
psdt: I have to added the same model with new textures, and other models as pending submission

If you don't have the ability to submit a revision, it's because there's already one pending for that model. Resubmitting it as a new submission is not the correct way to do things. You should cancel that new submission as it's just adding unnecessary clutter to the queue.
