Persona 3&4 lobby models from Blazblue Cross Tag Battle (STEAM) - Neoia - 05-21-2024

I'm still a pretty fresh face when it comes to modding. I got my start almost 2 months ago with Persona 5 when I went to start ripping models. They had all the tools to set me up in regards to being able to easily rip the models, as well as documentation on where to find specific models. I learned about these cute chibi Persona lobby avatars recently but obviously this is a very different different game. I purchased the game for this, but...people mod this game to make new palettes, not to rip cute chibi avatars you walk around as. The asset folder files don't even have a file extension, from what I can see. Another person here managed to rip some models but they were in the MUA format instead of some common model extension

How would I even go about ripping these files in the first place, let alone getting them into a format readable by Blender?
I watched a video of somebody using ninjaripper and noesis but when I tried, nothing was extracted. I don't know if there's some other method or something i can attempt.

I know this is considered an old game in the community (as in not a lot of people play it anymore) but I really want to get these chibis!!
