Hello, I am new to this forum. I am on a humble quest to rip the sprites from the Street Fighter III series. I can't find COMPLETE and unaltered rips online. I know about zweifuss, but it appears abandoned and is missing quite a bit of content.
I have virtually zero experience in ripping sprites. I have a background in image manipulation if that will help me at all.
If anyone could direct me to the best way to start trying to do this I would greatly appreciate it. I'm lost and have no idea where to begin.

Hello, I've searched the Zweifuss's webpage and indicates that the sprites are from Sega Dreamcast version. The original poster of this thread mentioned that webpage particularly so I think that is that console.
