How do I select that a sheet is custom/edited?

Or you go to the corresponding game, for example Undertale:

Not sure what your sheet is supposed to show, but if it doesn't belong to a franchise that hasn't been made into a game yet, then your submission won't be accepted.
Same goes for low quality or if the sheet isn't substantial enough.
