Other: okay so basically what i want you to do is to vectorize the guy so you just have his outlines right, then get a texture of some kind, like maybe scrunched paper, okay, and texture his coat and gloves with it. then make the rest different shades of gray depending on the part, yeah and stick the text on his jacket just above the pocket and make it look like it's printed on the paper. once you did all that add noise to it on low opacity and then put a yellow-orange gradient on the background orange and make sure to round the edges. add like two cracks in the background so it looks well cracked and volia~
