Project for iPhone - Indie Game Developer - Kaikyro - 04-05-2009 Morning, I’m an established iPhone developer with a few titles out presently. Our Past games aren’t graphics heavy and as such I haven’t needed a graphic designer to date. I’m looking to pay someone between $100 to $300 USD to develop approximately twelve different Fuzz monsters sprite sheets. The game can be likened to Megaman with (Pokemonish) Monsters instead of parallel world people. The Sprites: 64x64 png (the width of the actual creature should not exceed 50 unless he/she is doing something - perhaps running etc.) 2D Platform style sprites - more info below) Positions: Left Step 1 Left Step 2 Left Step 3 Left Step 1 Running Left Step 2 Running Left Step 3 Running Right Step 1 Right Step 2 Right Step 3 Right Step 1 Running Right Step 2 Running Right Step 3 Running Facing Screen Falling (After Jump) Perhaps similar to these fuzzy monsters (But with Feet and Hands) http://www.raphkoster.com/2009/02/27/the-great-metaplace-meep-in/ Optionally I’m looking for a massive 1600x960 (WxH) beautifully illustrated garden with many platforms (Similar to this http://creatures.wikia.com/wiki/Norn_Terrarium ) but with smaller 'tunnels' (Vertical Platforms closer together) and more cartoonish appearance (MappleStory as reference) Pay is negotiable. Instructions: Please do not post full sprite sheets in reply to this thread, only small sample of your work and a simple Face on Sample of a Fuzz Monster. Please also state your preferred mediator site (RentACoder etc) and I will post the job there. Kind Regards, Ben Hill Kaikyro Creator of PWO ReCreator of PBA RE: Project for iPhone - Indie Game Developer - GrooveMan.exe - 04-06-2009 That's nice, but this is very much the wrong place. To Requests with ye! RE: Project for iPhone - Indie Game Developer - Alpha Six - 04-06-2009 Are all twelve "fuzzies" different designs or are they all the same but with color differences ? Regardless, I'm more than willing to take the job. If you need to see my previous work, just look through my topics, or my PJ: http://pixeljoint.com/p/20426.htm I'm also working on multiple projects right now, one of them being a fighting game, and I run an indie development site (see sig) so I'd say I'm a pretty reliable worker. Not trying to sound conceited or anything haha RE: Project for iPhone - Indie Game Developer - Shawn - 04-06-2009 I'm willing to work moreso than the above poster and I have the time for it as I don't have any current projects. http://spritershawn.deviantart.com/gallery/ Examples of my work. RE: Project for iPhone - Indie Game Developer - Kaikyro - 04-07-2009 Hi there, Thanks for the replys, The Fuzzies are Different Designs using Different Colors. We will also be looking at overlaying objects/accessories over the sprite to allow the users to accessorize the Fuzz, but thats way down the track and not encorperated as part of this miniproject. I would like to see an example of a single face on Fuzzie at some point before selecting a vendor. I think we'll use placable platforms (that can be bought) in the game, so that users can stylize their offline world/garden (on their iPhone) (Holds the Fuzz that they have caught) Just bought the domains www.iFuzzGarden.com and www.FuzzGarden.com. Kind Regards, Ben Hill RE: Project for iPhone - Indie Game Developer - Alpha Six - 04-07-2009 Actually, I won't be able to work on this project at all, so just go ahead and wait for Shawn. He can do what you need as well. RE: Project for iPhone - Indie Game Developer - Kaikyro - 04-07-2009 Thats a shame to hear it. Prometheus could you please provide a 'cut 1' Fuzzie, and I'll post the job. Would you like to use a mediator website?
