The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Vipershark - 04-11-2009 read this first http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=358131 original thread is here http://gmc.yoyogames.com/index.php?showtopic=425229 RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Badassbill - 04-11-2009 Looks like it needs a lot of work. RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - mozzy - 04-11-2009 I agree, needs a lot of work, but still pretty cool. RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Vipershark - 04-11-2009 still in early alpha I downloaded the demo which is at http://willhostforfood.com/?Action=download&fileid=60021 moves really slow and the controls are REALLY weird maybe I'll try it again later while running joy2key edit- the link model itself is pretty good, except for the hair he did make an update to it though but won't release it until mabe village is done RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Goemar - 04-11-2009 Looks utterly charmless. Hacking and changing Ocarina/Majora would probably be wiser or doing a HD 2D remake. Link's Awakening wasn't designed to be 3D, so it won't work if all that is done is making it 3D - simple. RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Vipershark - 04-11-2009 it looks to me like he's actually changing the game mechanics to make the game fit the 3d world like it's not just a 2d game using 3d, but instead a fully 3d oot-like game RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Shawn - 04-11-2009 osm showed em yesterday it was a laggy piece of shit RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Alpha Six - 04-11-2009 I dunno, it looks like it has a lot of potential. I'd like to see it developed further. RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Vipershark - 04-11-2009 It looks like it could actually be pretty good, but the demo sucked (but still, it was an early alpha. It was somewhat acceptable.) so hopefully it'll get much better (as long as ninty doesn't send a C&D to him) RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Badbatman3 - 04-11-2009 Where did Link's pants go? Anyway, I doubt it would transition into 3D properly. RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Vipershark - 04-11-2009 he never had pants that early in the series RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - Badbatman3 - 04-11-2009 He did in the 2nd game. Well, his artwork anyway. http://www.triforcedesigns.com/video_games/zelda_pics/zelda_link2.gif RE: The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Wind Fish (Indie LA remake) - DioShiba - 04-11-2009 (04-11-2009, 07:13 PM)Badbatman3 Wrote: He did in the 2nd game.
