Reccomended Game Gear/Master System games - Vipershark - 04-12-2009 Basically, I got my Wii back and updated my homebrew, the GG emulator included. What games should I get for it? RE: Reccomended Game Gear/Master System games - Badassbill - 04-12-2009 Alex Kidd in Miracle World Alex Kidd in Shinobi World Ghost busters Penguin Land Psychic World Phantasy Star Sonic the Hedgehog Wonder Boy Wonder Boy in Monster Land Ys The Vanished Omens Zillion There's bound to be more, but here are some good ones. RE: Reccomended Game Gear/Master System games - Yawackhary - 04-12-2009 Okay, here's some out of the ones that I chose (there are quite a lot of platformers for the system) since I have them, played them or sprite ripped them: Platformers: Alex Kidd in Miracle World Asterix Asterix and the Secret Mission Castle of Illusion Coca Cola Kid Land of Illusion Lucky Dime Caper Sonic the Hedgehog Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (must be the Master System version unless you want an unfair challenge) Sonic Triple Trouble Action: Golden Axe Warrior (Zelda clone but a good one) GG Shinobi Gunstar Heroes (unless you already played the Genesis version) Impossible Mission James Bond 007 - The Duel (I thought it was okay..) Master of Darkness (a Castlevania clone) Ninja Gaiden (Master System) Shinobi Spy vs. Spy (unless you already played that elsewhere) Star Wars (quite decent despite coming from a rubbish game company) Tails Adventure (different than many Sonic games and actually a decent/good spinoff) Wonder Boy in Monster Land Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap Anything else: Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (Doki Doki) Penguin Land Gangster Town (chances are the emulator doesn't support the light gun) Micro Machines OutRun Europa (pushes the system to the limits and quite variable racing modes, hard though unless you get the hang of it) Pac-in-Time Pengo Also there is a site that someone gave a selection here that might be useful: http://retro-sanctuary.com/TOP%20100%20Master%20System%20GAMES%20page%201.html |
