Note: This might not be the actual name. The guy who made the guide called the stage "Revenge of the red chef blobs." So I tried deciphering the japanese text. I know road is the second word, but "Kon" is all I could guess for the first.

Not entirely sure, but I think the word Kon in Japanese is sort of similar to friendly stuff, konichiwa, Go-kon, etc.
