I was going to compliment you until I noticed it was just a mesh of other people's sprites.
Try doing the same thing, only custom. : D

In the jump/fall, stance, and victory poses, his hands don't share the same outline as the rest of his body. The run pose looks unfinished. And it would look better if you made it from scratch.
