Description: A fire-type Pokémon that likes setting fire to things. Take great care when spotting or raising one. Might not have any fire-related features, but use tools for it instead (like matches!).
Looks: actually pretty cute (like, uh, Clefairy?), but with an evil smile (Gengar-like). Reddish in color, but not pink reddish.
Other: could go on some sort of a rampage as an event in the game. That'd be sweet.
