who has played it
i reccomend it
the concept is very unique and it is turn based but puts an interting twist on it.
akira toriyama was the art director, umetsu nobua made the music, and the dude that did the original FF story man

seriosuly though, if you like RPGs and have an Xbox 360, this game is beng sold on eBay for 9.99 wit free shipping. theres like 20 copies so its basically he sam cost as if you were to rent it, might as wel buy. its hella fun

from what i gather, the characters have even completely different personalities in the anime than they do in the game
ex: kluke in the game is the daughter of 2 doctors and is very caring and compassionate and mature and never lashes out but in the anime she is the "average" cookie cutter anime female (outbursts, moody, always calls me baka sama and perverts)
marumaro in the game is brave and protective but in the anime he is a dick with legs

I must admit, I really couldn't play it for one reason... The graphics.
And yes, that sounds incredibly stupid coming from me who says that graphics don't mean anything, but seriously, the characters are all incredibly ugly. I've never been a fan of Toriyama's art. He adds too many muscles that don't exist.
Also, the gameplay is alright, but after a while it became incredibly easy, since avoiding battles is pretty much impossible in the later stages, and without going back to grind, you become an incredibly high level and everything is piss easy to beat.
