What's the best emulator software for sprite ripping Sega Genesis stuff? All other emulators I've tried either don't have the option of background toggling, or I can't find it. =[

I use Gens + with Kmod. It has lots of nifty stuff for ripping.

Having Gens+/GensKmod is useful, but to really do some awesome shit you need a good savestate viewer, like GSavestate.
