Really good cover up to try to hide that you did steal it, pal.
but really, from what it looks like you just copied and pasted a few sprites off the other sheet.

Riiiiight....
All you did was take the original sprites and rearrange the frames a bit. You also copied/pasted flames from some of the other frames in different spots so as to create a separate attack where Roy apparently makes flames on his sword and throws them... without swinging his sword...
