fighter thing - tsr moderation staff - 10-23-2009 messing with a style RE: fighter thing - Adam - 10-23-2009 what is it? the pose looks very unnatural and stiff. proportions and shading aren't too bad though. it's arms bug me the most. RE: fighter thing - Stirred Drei Ling - 10-23-2009 I think that its back is facing us. In which case the right arm is too foreshortened. The design is really unique and as Dex said, shading is pretty good. RE: fighter thing - Gollum - 10-23-2009 Are you going for a bio-mechanical look, a high tech robot, or an advanced alien arthropod? It's rather hard to tell. Proportion are off all over, shading is strange but rather satisfying at the same time. Can't wait to see how it turns out. RE: fighter thing - LeleleleMAXIMUM - 10-23-2009 I think its back is turned towards us, too. Which is odd for a fighting game. RE: fighter thing - tsr moderation staff - 10-24-2009 im not sure if i should remove the foreshortening from the arm or exaggerate it on the other parts. that would make for some really interesting animation. also yes the back is facing us |
