A nuclear war's purpose is not to destroy mankind, but use the massive range of EMP's to destroy very bit of technology (PC's, cars, ovens), reducing them to cannibalistic savages. If this could all be twisted into working, i dunno. Nobody would really care, it's just more realistic.

i made this up while pissing in a toilet i wasnt really thinking much this was just the general idea
