It came after a previous spin-off called Last Bible (which had 2 sequels). Well, technically it's a Gaiden game (it's full title is Megami Tensei Gaiden ~ Last Bible), but you get the point.

Here is an update for the Revenge of Shinobi enemies sheet, it includes the only enemy that was changed between all the revisions (that would be the Flamethrower soldier).
