It is a full heal thing. . .you can eat it to restore all of your health, but it isn't really an enemy. Anyway Ill see if I can get more tomorrow.

These rips are awesome... great job! Didn't think you could really "rip" a game like this... are the graphics sprite-styled? And I didn't see those green and pink snakes (the creatures you ride in the sky in one of the cloud levels, can't remember level name) anywhere... I own this game on my Wii from the virtual console and played through it a couple times after several years since playing it. It is an amazing and cute game.
 And BTW the Big Blurp is missing the little heart icon that appears over it's head when it eats a Yoshi...which also happens to be the same as when a Yoshi eats a fruit. It's a little bubble that has hearts in it to tell how much the Yoshi liked the fruit (or how much the Blurp enjoyed the Yoshi it ate... :X). Just thought I'd point that out. ^^
