We've actually got a thread for that already, Smash. Get into the discussion, it's kind of a mixed bag with how people feel. The overall feeling is stifled, though.

I heard sega is sewing level 5 for the inazuma eleven games because they don't like how they did the touch controls or something?
SEGA is patent trolling for money to avoid bankruptcy. God help them if Nintendo decides to enter the fray to bust this patent troll attempt.
SEGA is also are waging war against classic Shining Force fans by having old videos of an old series pulled from YouTube and even yanking videos of people v-logging about, discussing, and reviewing the series. Some are even speculating SEGA is having the old videos yanked to game Google's SEO system and keep people from confusing their next Shining game with the past series. Though the more believable story is the main Shining guy at SEGA hates fans for liking classic Shining Force over modern Shining Force and is out for revenge. If SEGA didn't want to go bankrupt, they are surely epic failing at that by trolling other companies and fans alike here.

If you like Tower Defense games, then check out Defender's Quest: Valley of the Forgotten.
It's 66% off for the next 12 hours on Steam and is really good. It's kind of like an RPG mixed with a tower defense game and it's a lot of fun. There is a playable online demo here: http://www.defendersquest.com/play_demo.html Thanked by: Mag

So I guess molyneux's making another god game. The artstyle is kinda fun (though, is wip right now of course), but I don't see much of interest in it yet.

why exactly is this guy running a kickstarter
he frequently brags about how publishers throw money at him when he has an idea

I don't actually think I've ever played or even been interested by anything that Molyneux has ever come up with (like, maybe Fable, if only for a short period of time), though, so I really couldn't care less.

I enjoyed one of the later populouses (or rather a demo for it), but I haven't played anything else of his.

I mean that he brags about the fact that multimillion dollar companies are ready and willing to throw money at him to fund his project, so why is he asking people for money when he can get it so easily? It just reeks of people using kickstarter for the wrong reasons.

His reason isn't so much that he COULD get money from publishers, but rather that he apparently doesn't want to be tied to publishers any more.
He's INDIE now (heh)!
