have you tried V3b of the Icon Maker? it lets you make preview images as well as icons, by using the Load function to load model renders that you've saved to your computer and they keep their transparency and all. they'll look much better.

Everything is up except for Resistance Fighters the file is way to big.

yea you'll have to have the characters separate unless they're like one whole piece or something.
