Super Smash Bros. 4 Model Project
Would anyone know where they decided to store the character 'Battle Portrait' textures for the damage indicators on the main HUD? I wouldn't mind getting a hold of those, especially if the DLC characters are added.

Then they're not in the MenuTextures archive in the OP.

I did find them zipped in the Spriter's Resource for SSB-U, but what's weird is that they've had their canvas resized to 128x128 instead of (what appears to be) the native 120x126 size.

Either I screwed something up or the UVs are messed up on the Rosalina model. Too bad, too, I need it to update my Dissidia mod. Is it just me?

Those tips are a separate mesh on the model, so you can just delete the tips Tongue

I think you screwed up, I'm using Blender, which isn't even the program that the model was exported from, and it works. Try flipping the UVs across the Y axis?

Also anyone know how to get the eyes from models like Palutena, Zero Suit Samus, and other ones working in Blender? Layered-transparency objects don't work well in Blender, making some messed-up fusion of the layers show up instead.

EDIT: Ooops it double posted! Edited out.

Thanks for the reply! I did notice that I could just delete it, but the model loses a bit of detail without the tips, see:


I tried editing the color myself, but I can't get the tips to be consistent with the rest of the hair. If there's no way, I could just delete them, but I think they look nice.

I kinda' do. I don't have Palutena or Z-Suit's models, but I assume they're set up similar to most other characters. Just as forewarning, I'm still using Blender 2.63, so I'm not sure if anything has changed. Here's how I have them for Peach:

Speaking of Peach, is there a way to fix the problems with her normals in Blender render? I've seen other models with similar issues, but I still haven't been able to figure it out. :/
