Paper Mario animations
I like collar B but can you remove the white spot that's between her collar, it's kinda distracting. Just make the line thicker to fill it up. The new head of Peach is definitely better and bring the crown up.

I would make the left side of Goompapa's mustache a little bit more straight.

About the goomba helmet's, the grey part is supposed to go more down not up, the eyebrows would look less painted on the grey part of the helmet like this
[Image: yZymt9C.png], except for the goomba helmet with the front view, you don't have to change that, the old one is better.

Oh... That's what you meant by the eyebrows. Thanks for better showing what you mean!

Peach's new hair looks good and the new goomba helmet's look good to. Is the second goomba helmet supposed to be a back view or a 1/4 view?

Goompapa's moustache looks better just remove the bump at the left-top corner and make the left-bottom corner of the moustache a little bit more diagonal. Goomba's smile looks weird with the tooth pointing forward like that, I think a wide smile would do the trick.

Okay, I took those pieces of advice into account and cranked out this. Forgive me for taking a while.

That's a lot and I do mean A LOT! Alright... this is going to be a bunch of feedback.

Firstly, Mario's hat looks to big in the front view compared to the mario hat you have in the 3/4 view. For the back view of Mario's head use C for the hair tufts and with the hair on the back of his head use A but make it smaller at the chin part. I prefer the smaller nose for mario.

Secondly, with the third hammer make a circle at the end of the handle. Can you make the cartoony running feet darker? The upper part of mario's overalls on the 1/4 view looks weird, I would change the shape from this: \/ to one of these:  \|  -  \_|.

Thirdly, so that's why goomba's smile looks like that, I don't watch the Lonely Goomba so I wouldn't know and the default smile looks good enough. I would make the goomba wing on the left side move more to the right. The helmet's trim on both the 1/4 view and back view should go lower.

Lastly, The helmet's trim on the 1/4 view looks to symmetric, bend the curve more to the right side. That's not exactly what I meant with the left-bottom corner of goompapa's moustache and now the bump on the left-top corner is pointy instead of gone. I meant more like this

Everything I haven't mentioned are either A fine or B I don't know. How far are you actually with your first short? I'm just wondering, that's all.

Well, creating puppets (especially considering how slow and glitchy Adobe Fireworks gets) is a painfully slow process when it's just me with no idea if every part I create has a flaw or not. At this rate, I don't expect to be done until early spring. Thankfully, the animation process is a little quicker and I have a bit more confidence with that.

By the way, you should consider watching the Lonely Goomba if you haven't. The only problem is that he has some "colorful" language and a really crass sense of humor, so he's not exactly for everyone.

Funny with me it's the opposite, I am faster at making drawings or sprites and when I try to make animations that's when the process is getting really slow. If the humour of the lonely goomba is kinda like brainscratchcomms I am definetily going to consider it.

About the 1/4 view of the helmet's trim, the new one looks barely different. The trim's line at the left side should go more diagonal until it's about halfway of the helmet (horizontally), then you would get a horizontal straight line and at the right side of the helmet you would get a line that's also diagonal like the first line but more vertically straight, just like the example in my previous post.

The 1/4 view of the helmet's trim should also go a bit lower. Goomba's helmet isn't placed perfectly on his head, instead it's a little bit tilted and because of that the trim is higher on the front and 3/4 view and lower on the back and 1/4 view. You know like May's bandana from the pokemon anime.

Goompapa's side moustache is good. I like the new wings of goomba and with the 1/4 view use B. I actually prefer the old Mario hat. I guess size wasn't the problem but I think the exposure of red compared to the 3/4 view is. Can you make the emblem a little bit more wider instead?

The cartoony running feet looks good to me. With the back view I wasn't talking about mario's chin but his hair, use hair A (except for the hairtuffts, those are good) and when mario's hair is at the same length as his chin make his hair horizontally smaller.

The new hammer and overalls look good. The flipped hammer also looks off to me, but I am not sure how to fix that maybe the hammer needs to be wider? Is the 'O' mouth also a reference to the lonely goomba? If not, the teeth shouldn't be rotated that much.
