This is a sprite I made for Team Z2's Hyper Dragon Ball Z as part of one of Pilaf's intros. The Pilaf robot base is not mine.

This was the first major project I gave myself so I could learn and practice. I picked 11 NES characters and basically put them in eachothers outfits (totaling 110 edits). Thoughts/feedback?

Damn this looks pretty good! Maybe an outline would do well but honestly not much of an issue, looks great!

First time posting here. I usually make sprites in the style of other games and that kind of thing, it's fun and i've been messing with the mario styles in specific.
Little Birdo in SMB that i might clean up and expand for a sprite sheet on Mario Customs, pretty happy with how it turned out honestly.
Still messing with the Nes limitations and the general style of SMB.

Took off work today to chill out and do some studies from photo reference. This fine fellow is a southern tamandua or lesser anteater. It is widespread across the tropical forests of South America and resides mainly in trees where it feeds on arboreal insects.

Did some 32px food studies this morning to explore color and shading a bit. Put a lot of effort into shifting hues. Getting the individual fries to read took me a while to figure out. Not super happy with the ice cream. The burger's my favorite.

Definitely need more practice with characters. Haven't really figured out mannequinization and line art in pixel art yet, but I could also just be rushing that step.
