Anyway, usually all the assembling got to be done the hard way (yourself) :/ I wish I knew a tool to do that, but even if it was it would be safer to do it manually anyway.
Some PSX textures (my current specially) got 15 palettes too, but not all of them are used, so I have to try palette by palette until I find the right ones.
