The English version of Joe and Mac for the SNES don't have these Cave Babe Sprites. The probable reason maybe that the English Adapters thought that the Neanderthal Nerds carrying the Cave Babes by their hair was inappropriate to the eyes of children so they decided to edit that out of the Intro scene.
The only thing I do not get is why didn't the English Adapters do this for Joe and Mac Caveman Ninja Arcade version because the SNES version is a remake of the Arcade version. These Sprites are only in the Japanese Joe and Mac SNES Game so here they are.
