Good news, I found a save with nearly all bromides. I've had to beat the last boss once again, but finally can rip all of them.

Put the GME-file in the memcard-folder of epsxe -> Config -> Memory cards -> select the GME file. Now you can use this save state.
Luckily, there are many special items in the file, maybe I don't have to play the game again to get everything =)
