...The one with the evil circus that turned people into puppets and stole their soul for some giant nightmarish cloaked dood that had red TV static in his cloak and glowing red eyes. Then there's the raccoon conmen who play the shell game.

...Hell even I can't remember the name of it.

It wasn't Disney, but I think it was called "Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night," which is an awesome title.
