I think there is at least a hundred cartoon-based games for each popular system (from SNes to current days)
Thought of three others:
- Indiana Jones games (Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade, Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles are avaliable for NES and SNes, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles for Genesis and Indiana Jones and His Desktop Adventures for PC (sprite-based and easy to rip). There's also Indiana Jones and The Fate of Atlantis for PC, but it's SCUMM. If anybody interested, I can teach how to rip from it)
- Back to the Future games (Part I and II you can find for NES and SNes, Part III for Genesis)
- Horror movie games (there are many of them for NES)
