I can't promise that it's the best translation but it's better than nothing. ><

I'm nearly done with the 3DView portion and then I'll be done with everything but the 3DSMax plug-in which I don't intend to do since I have no idea where to obtain such a plug-in.

I'd really like to try ripping anything of 358/2 from Console Tool with this once I get this posted.

Edit: Hehe! I totally just found a way to actually edit the program itself to give it a more full translation not just the Help File.
