I can, but it's going to take a long while to get more of the backgrounds done. I'm usually ripping these mainly for my sprite comic I'm working on, but I can rip for TSR too.

I used the SSF emulator to rip the background of the cursed prison out. I had-to use the combination of Photoshop and MSPaint to re-size the cursed prison to look like it is now.
but the thing is, if you want to do tile-ripping from the Saturn SotN, Yabause emulator would be your best bet; since it has features that would help you view the tiles from the game in real time.

either way, Saturn doesn't do well with sprite placement on this game, so it makes the sprites and background to look jagged, even in the correct size of the window resolution; unlike the PSX can make the sprites and backgrounds look perfect. so the deal is, if you want the sprites and background to look like the PSX version, you would have-to use both Photoshop and MSPaint.
