Yeah I just tried scanning my ISO and I definitely got hits so that's probably what I did. Your problem was that when you tried to scan the .ISO you never set the "Source file mask" to ".ISO" rather than ".bin".
Also for future reference don't bother checking the UMD_Data.bin file. Every game has one and while I'm guessing its just some settings or something, its only a few bytes big and it so it will never contain anything interesting. Usually the big file archives will be a few hundred MB in PSP games although some of these are compressed preventing you from doing anything with them.
