For me, most programs I've used export .obj's in the position they're in in the scene regardless of there not being any bones. Maybe Blender doesn't do this?
Its fine if you can't export .mtl files by the way and I wouldn't force you to make those manually, but adding in .blend's doesn't really seem necessary to me.
Oh and make sure you note which rips you've added when you add them to your post, maybe make a post just saying what you've ripped. You won't get in trouble for double posting in your submissions thread.
