I tried a little of this a while ago so I'll help. I'll do the girl.
Ouch, these are tough. A few quick tests:

If you look closely at the girls head in her running left/right sequence it's off center. They also seem to like using a lot of dups in animations. This is going to be picking through a mountain of stuff one piece at a time.
