First, you didn't include an mtl for the obj. That's because you need to force noesis to export an mtl. In the export window there is a small text box which says something similar "Advanced parameters" or something and type Second, this model is useless because it doesn't have any bones. Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 can be ripped with bones. Using the BMDViewer plugin for 3ds max you can import with bones and export as dae.
