Is there any Better DFF Importer for 3ds? i'd like Colors and Bones !

Use RWAnalyze to convert the dff files to 3.4
Use KAMS GTA Scripts to import, it also imports vertex colors.

Yes, I made the Classic Silver model. It'll be submitted along with the super version when theyre fixed.

This one was missing some geometry, I fixed that later.
