Look, the bones are there, but their locations and names are gone.
Take it like this, as of now, you can't get the bones. Unless somebody writes a decent .dff importer for heroes.

Youre using the wrong tool apparently. Either way, instead of using a program to rename the bin files to BSP, you could also open CMD in the folder and type
