we don't include animations because they aren't necessary (you can ask the TMR mod Peardian as to why that is cause idk myself), and often the only way to rip a model is via print screen rippers. as much as we would like to get the bones and everything with them, it just isn't possible a lot of times, and the ripper having already gone to the trouble of ripping it won't be up to rigging it or anything since I assume that's time-consuming and/or troublesome to do especially with weird models with lots of limbs and stuff.
I'd say your best bet is just to look up online how to rig models in your program and you should find videos or something relatively easily. animating is probably a lot of work I understand but at least you have the models. and for some models the ripper had to jump through hoops to get it fixed up properly for submission, so depending on the model you're using and from what game/system, you're likely to not be able to re-rip it yourself, at least not that easily.
