BW2 sprite animations?

Hello. I'm attempting to make a hacked version of Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2, but I'd like to also moodify and create custom animations for the pokemon and trainer sprites, but I'm having trouble finding a tutorial for it. Can someone help me out here? Thanks.
