No need to gravel, I've got advice, but don't take it for granite
What type of stone is she made of? There are many colors and textures of stone.
Is the stone she is made of well-worn? The current stone has soft edges, very little sharp form, as if she has been eroded over time.
I'd suggest maybe looking at some stone examples, and perhaps giving her a rougher, more defined shape.
Take this with a grain of salt though, as I personally like Diane as she is
