It's Nitrodon, the Mule Pokémon. Fire-type. Nitrodon's signature ability is Nitro Boost, which absorbs Fire-type attacks to boost Speed.

I like it, but I also have 2 slight personal issues. First off is the color of the fire. I'm fine with it using something other than red, but with the green, I thought it was covered in grass.

The other issue I'm seeing is the face. Donkeys are often associated with being dim if I'm not mistaken. This thing looks like it was made to just flat out be angry for no apparent reason. I'm not saying it has to look like it's dumb, but I don't think the super angry serious look fits the idea of a donkey.
