This is made in Open BoR, right? How do the costumes and palettes work for that engine... Is it like MUGEN where you have to make a Smart Pal?

Yes and no. You can use smart pal (like I did on the video) or you can use a complete transformation. works like you set a second (up to 5 I think) char to load and transform

This hook is hittable and will hit anything on its way. Both players and enemies can hit and be hit by him. If you don't pay attention, you can even hit yourself while trying to hit an enemy
