E-Man - E-Man (Assist Character)

a lot of E-Man's gimmick is luck based. He has the potential to greatly shift the tide of battle, but he's not immune to having a spell fizzle out, which causes some embarrassment and has him go away.

So...if there's an actual chance that if I managed to get the opponent in the perfect situation to get hit by E-Man's burst magic and then it doesn't do anything...

why would I pick E-Man over say, Iocus or any other assist (with a guaranteed 100% chance of attacking) as an helper? :/
