I've been going through a world per night with Tropical Freeze these past couple of nights. Currently in World 4. This is such a good game, probably the best sidescrolling platformer in years.

Better than Returns? That would be impressive.

To be honest, I hate DKCR. I haven't been able to make myself play it for any length of time on either the Wii or 3DS.

Tropical Freeze, on the other hand, is a great game.

So I mean, from my perspective, the franchise went from Hate to Great. So that's pretty good.

Meh, I was likely attacked by nostalgia when I played DKCR, but I for one really liked it.

Maybe I'll actually get a Wii U someday since apparently it isn't as horrible as I've been told.
